  • Deposit funds go directly to your merchant wallet address. WARMKEY does not custody your funds.
  • Withdrawal requests and "rolling supply" limits are controlled by you and enforced via secure smart contracts to limit risk.

  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring (subject to confidentiality terms).
