These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WARMKEY Services provided by Madx Radicle Sdn. Bhd. (“WARMKEY”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using any part of WARMKEY’s services (website, APIs, app), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use our services.

  • “User” or “Merchant” refers to any individual or entity using WARMKEY’s services.
  • “Personal Data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • “Service(s)” includes our website, APIs (e.g. deposit, withdrawal, query log), mobile application, and related customer support.
  • “Public Key / Wallet Address” means your blockchain public address; note: private keys, mnemonic codes are not collected by WARMKEY.

  • Registration and Account Data: project name & email address
  • Transaction Data: blockchain address (public), amount, chain, timestamps, deposit/withdrawal requests.
  • Usage and Log Data: IP address, device type, browser, API request logs (e.g. using query log), usage metrics.
  • Other Data: any data you voluntarily provide, e.g. support requests, feedback.
3. How We Use Your Data

We use data for:

  • Providing WARMKEY’s services: processing deposits & withdrawal requests, generating logs.
  • Security purposes: fraud detection, ensuring that withdrawal rolling limits are adhered to, verifying API usage.
  • Improving our product: analytics, error tracking, user experience enhancements.
  • Communication: sending service updates, policy changes, support responses.
4. Non-Custodial Nature & Key Security
  • We never collect or store your private keys or mnemonic phrases. All signing actions happen through your hardware wallet or in your environment.
  • Deposit funds go directly to your merchant wallet address. WARMKEY does not have custody of your funds.
  • Withdrawal request and “rolling supply” limits are under your control and enforced via secure smart contracts to limit risk.
5. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your data:

If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

  • In case of mergers, acquisitions or corporate restructuring (subject to confidentiality clauses).
  • When necessary to protect rights or property of WARMKEY, or to prevent harm.
6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest when applicable.
  • Authentication mechanisms for API access (e.g. API keys, tokens).
  • Smart contract safeguards for withdrawals, limit enforcement.

  • We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
  • Transaction logs and audit trails are retained for 7 years (or as required by law) in data warehouse.
  • You may request deletion of certain data subject to legal obligations or data needed for transaction history.
